Twenty years ago, Belgium passed a law facilitating the prosecution of transnational child sex offenders before Belgian courts. This tool reflects the willingness to take firm\u00a0action against those who were\u00a0called \u201cchild sex tourists\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n

However, what is the real impact of this law?\u00a0<\/span>How many offenders have been prosecuted? What were the successes and challenges of the legal procedures? And finally, is one law enough?
