In die zin help u ons met het maken van educatief materiaal voor bewustwording, preventie en ondersteuning van jongeren.<\/p>\n<p>Als een kind echter seksueel wordt uitgebuit, wordt hij niet systematisch beschermd als hij niet wordt ge\u00efdentificeerd. Het is door het bewustzijn en de training van frontlinie actoren (docenten, advocaten, personeel van het toerisme, opvangcentra) dat we dit doel samen bereiken en kinderen beschermen.<\/p>\n<p>ECPAT Belgi\u00eb hecht ook veel belang aan bewustmaking van het grote publiek, we zijn allemaal potenti\u00eble reizigers en dus waarschijnlijke getuigen. 33<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>DUOLEGATEN<\/h3>\n<p>Hebt u geen erfgenaam in directe lijn? Het duolegaat kan dan bijzonder interessant zijn. U kunt zelfs uw neefjes, nichtjes of vrienden een aanzienlijker patrimonium geven en tegelijkertijd een legaat opstellen voor een goed doel.<\/p>\n<p>De <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">wetgeving op de erfbelasting<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bepaalt dat <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">persoon X<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">via testament<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> een legaat mag krijgen dat vrij van erfbelastingen is, op voorwaarde dat\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">persoon Y<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (bijvoorbeeld ECPAT Belgi\u00eb) betaalt voor de erfbelastingen van X.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Neem voor meer informatie, <a href=\"http:\/\/ecpat.be\/contact\/\">contact op met Ariane Couvreur via e-mail <\/a>of per telefoon : +32 (0) 478 60 12 33<\/p>\n<p>Het duolegaat moet aan 3 voorwaarden voldoen:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Maak een testament op.<\/li>\n<li>Maak een deel van uw bezittingen over aan \u00e9\u00e9n of meer mensen.<\/li>\n<li>Maak de rest van\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">uw bezittingen over aan een goed doel, in dit geval de vereniging ECPAT Belgi\u00eb. U\u00a0geeft hen ook\u00a0de opdracht om de volledige erfbelastingen te betalen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Zorg ervoor dat ECPAT Belgi\u00eb een aanzienlijke netto-nalatenschap behoudt na de uitgifte van de specifieke legaten en de overname van alle erfbelastingen. Uw notaris of advocaat kan u helpen met de berekeningen.<\/p>\n<h3>Het voordeel van de duolegaten<\/h3>\n<p>Het voordeel van de duolegaten ligt in het verschil tussen het erfbelastings tarief dat wordt toegepast op een priv\u00e9-erfgenaam (tot 80% in het Waals Gewest en in Brussel) in vergelijking met het tarief dat van toepassing is op een vereniging zonder winstoogmerk of een stichting van openbare nut (7% in Walloni\u00eb, 8,8% in Vlaanderen en 12,5% in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest voor vzw, 6,6% voor een stichting van openbaar nut).<\/p>\n<p>Afgezien van de regio, hangt het erfbelastings tarief ook af van het belang van de nalatenschap en de mate van verwantschap van de legatarissen. Hoe groter het verschil tussen de tarieven die worden toegepast op legatarissen en vzw of stichtingen, hoe voordeliger de formule is voor uw neven, nichten, enz.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>DONATIES<\/h3>\n<p>Doe een donatie voor ECPAT Belgi\u00eb via twee opties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De <strong>handmatige donatie<\/strong>: er moet geen belasting worden betaald voor dit soort donaties.
