Training on the sexual exploitation of children
What are the different forms of child sexual exploitation? What are the consequences? What does the law say and what tools exist to protect children? ECPAT Belgium, in collaboration with Defence for Children International Belgium, successfully gave a training course on child sexual exploitation on September 17th in Mons.
This particularly enriching day made participants aware of the various forms that the sexual exploitation of children can take, particularly in tourism and online. Trafficking of children was also discussed as well as the signs to detect it and the procedure to adopt in such a situation.
Thank you to the participants for their motivation and enthusiasm, which led to fruitful exchange of experiences and good practices.
